Football is my love. No, not that football, this futbol. I look forward to the day this becomes real, so I can finally give back to the game that gave me so much. As you can tell, this is still in concept phase, TheEBall will be a tool to elevate the sport of soccer through technology, data capture. Fast Company recently named Nike “The Most Innovative Company,” but they’ve yet to release a boot that captures, and how was it going to top the miCoach technology from adidas? We left all of the engineering to those super nerds at Nike and imagined a time that both a data capturing shoe and ball existed and more sketches, features, questions, problems and solutions were discussed. Eventually, we landed on a concept for an iPad of all types of people - The manager, the player, The fan. We came to the conclusion that TheeBall was the essential differentiating piece of technology, and could pair with a wide variety of eDevices including shoes, shin guards and wristbands. Hopefully the next time you see this app, it'll be on "Planet of the apps" and an investor will be investing millions into it.
