A new Cresent Heights residence, "Ten Thousand" built at the gateway of Center City and Beverly Hills, needed to promote five star hotel living for lease to living clientele. To sell, the most expensive rental apartment in Los Angeles, with the penthouse leasing for $59,000 unfurnished (and listed for $65,000 furnished). The marketing and website successfully positioned the building as a "flex" or a status symbol, and with famous individuals staying there signifying high end luxury, further increased its prestige, It was such a huge success, the building opened with a reported waitlist of over 2,000 people.
